Rev. Eugène RUTAGARAMA

Associate Senior Pastor

Rev. Eugene RUTAGARAMA is the Associate Senior Pastor of ADEPR Church and Nyanza Local Church Leader in Gatenga Parish. He holds a master’s degree in Taxation, and a bachelor’s degree in Management and he is currently doing Post Graduate Diploma in Theology. An ordained pastor in ADEPR Church, he served the Church as Head of Management Committee of Kigali Region and Chairperson of Dove Hotel Board. Eugene worked in different positions such as Assessment Officer, Auditor, Senior Auditor, Head of Audit Division, and Head of Tax Account in Rwanda Revenue Authority.
